By accessing or using the GeoPower India website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services

GeoPower India Pvt Limited provides solar energy consultation, installation, and maintenance services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Not misuse our website or app for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise our systems
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and app, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GeoPower India and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

5. Quotes & Proposals

All quotes and proposals provided by GeoPower India are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, site requirements, and product availability. Final pricing will be confirmed in the service agreement.

6. Installation & Service Terms

• Installation timelines are estimates and may vary based on site conditions and approvals
• Customer must provide safe access to the installation site
• GeoPower is not liable for delays caused by government approvals, weather, or third parties
• Warranty terms are as specified in the service agreement and manufacturer warranties

7. Payments

Payment terms are specified in the service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension. All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed.

8. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund policies are outlined in the service agreement. Generally:

• Cancellations before site survey: Full refund of advance payment
• Cancellations after site survey: Refund minus survey and administrative costs
• Cancellations after order placement: Subject to supplier cancellation charges

9. Limitation of Liability

GeoPower India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
